, cette petite compagnie technologique avec brevet, profitable durant les 3 derniers quarts s'affirme et augmente sa visibilité a un moment strategique de son histoire. Le President ne depenserait pas de l'argent si il ne croyait pas que c'est le bon moment pour mettre en valeur la compagnie. Lisez plus bas mon blogue.

Virtutone has 2 main divisions, SatFax which sells our faxing solution through the major telecom companies in Canada and large distributors in the United states. Our penetration into the satellite communications world is unsurpassed.

Virtutone sells business phone systems though our distributors in the United states and direct to small businesses in Canada, focusing on smaller markets in western Canada.

This undervalued Small-Cap has decided to step out of the darkness, hiring QIS Capital for increased visibility in the Small-Cap trenches. It is not a secret that QIS Capital has had many price multiplication plays, especially when the metrics are pointing in the right direction:

- (3) profitable quarters in a row since signing the Cash Store contract
- Q1 EPS =+.01$/share (+78k)
- Recurring revenues
- No long term debt
- Gross Margin 48%
- Positive cash flow operations
- Working capital = -39k but remedied by the latest 300k financing
- Depreciated Book value = .01$/share – no goodwill/intangibles
- Current Market about 2M$
- 17.5M outstanding including the the latest PP, about 57% insider ownership
- Salaries are not a problem (very reasonable, <100k)
- Recent insider buying

Based on Q1 results, the forward EPS can reach +.024$/share, for a current PE ratio of 4. And that’s if the company does announce any new recurring revenue contract which would further embellish the already obvious mathematical scenario. QIS Capital and its web of savvy investors should do well with this one.

Les initiés achetent VFX.v, plusieurs d'entre eux et ca vient de partout

Faites bien attention a ce genre de comportement, les gens qui dirigent et travaillent dans des petites compagnies publiques comme cela sont pas plus fou que vous et moi. Ils n'envoient pas leur argent en l'air, ils doivent placer leurs enfants a l'ecole et payer l'épicerie a chaque semaine. Ceci étant dit, si une petite compagnie comme Virtutone, qui se cachait dans l'ombre pendant depuis des lunes, tout d'un coup, on voit les initiés acheter de partout, dites vous bien que ces gens pensent faire de l'argent avec leur investissement. Par contre, eux sont au milieu de la business, ils voient ce qui se passe de pres, et savent ce qui s'en vient. Faut donc pas prendre ces signaux a la légere, et je l'ai prouvé a maintes reprises sur mes choix précédents.

Mon blogue en anglais se trouve plus, il contient une copie des transactions d'initiés récentes, afin de satisfaire mon ami INXS qui veut que je fasse du "copier-coller" directment des sources (Canadian Insider et SEDI)...

Management of Virtutone are stepping to up to the plate, hitting the bid/ask on the open market. Not only have they swallowed large quantities of stock in the latest private placement, they are chewing on the remains of the free float as well. This is never a bad sign for a company, and investors should not turn a blind eye on this type of behaviour . Especially since they hired an investor relation firm to prop up the visibility, and since we can clearly read in the latest MD&A that the company is feverishly trying to replicate the Cash Store contract.

The recurring revenue base already crosses the breakeven line, while the stock trades under 2M$ market cap. Jason Allen (CEO) and Collin Campbell (CFO) are very determined to make this play profitable for all who join the train.

Virtutone has been profitable In the last 3 quarters, with recurring revenues and gross margin close to 50%. The company remains debt free with a very reasonable salary structure.
